EditPilot's AI runs on your own computer. Nothing is metered, so there are no credits and no charge per minute, and nothing is watermarked, on every plan. Change or cancel whenever you like.

Try EditPilot Pro free for 14 days. The trial gives you everything in Pro. You enter your payment details at the shop when the trial starts, and you are not charged until it ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing — and EditPilot stays on Pro for the rest of the 14 days you were given. When the 14 days are up, Pro continues at the price you chose, monthly or yearly, and renews until you cancel. The trial is Pro; Basic begins when you subscribe to it. One trial per customer.

Prices are in US dollars, before any tax the seller adds. Plans are sold by Gumroad, which takes the payment and handles sales tax and VAT. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you cancel with the store you bought from. Deleting your EditPilot account does not cancel a subscription. See the Terms of Service.

Before you buy

Do I need DaVinci Resolve Studio?

No. EditPilot works with the free version of DaVinci Resolve 20.0 or newer, and has been tested on 21.1.

Does my footage get uploaded?

No. Your footage and all AI processing stay on your computer.

What does the AI cost to use?

Nothing beyond your plan. EditPilot has plenty of AI — transcription, captions, color, upscaling, depth and subject isolation — and it all runs on your own computer, so there is nothing to meter: no credits, and no charge per minute. An AI service you connect yourself bills you at its own rates.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Move between monthly and yearly, or between Basic and Pro, from your Gumroad account.

How does the free trial work?

Pro is free for 14 days. You choose Pro monthly or Pro yearly, enter your payment details at the shop, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time in those 14 days and you pay nothing. Canceling does not cut the trial short: you keep Pro until day 14, and only then does EditPilot change. There is one trial per customer.

What if I forget to cancel?

You can still get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. That is a separate 14 days from the trial: the trial runs from the day it starts, with nothing charged, and the refund window starts at the first payment, which is the day the trial ends. Refunds are made by Gumroad, who took the payment.

What happens when my trial or subscription ends?

You are not locked out. EditPilot keeps working with the everyday tools — silence, filler-word and custom-word removal, transcripts and chapters, plain captions, basic resizing, the built-in presets and your asset library. The rest comes back when you subscribe, and nothing you have made is affected.
